Get Grounded for Self-Care Kit

Being "grounded" means being present in your body and connected to the earth — feeling centered and balanced no matter what's going on around you. This kit is a simple ritual to help you get there, pairing intention candles with grounding techniques and anchoring phrases.

Each hand-poured intention candle pairs a scent with an anchoring phrase:

• No. 0 – Soul (4 oz): "I am here" — pineapple, sage, and white tea.
• No. 1 – Kingdom (4 oz): "I create my own destiny" — lavender, patchouli, and oud.
• No. 2 – Foundation (4 oz): "I adapt to change" — neroli, jasmine, and bergamot.

All candles are hand-poured with cosmetic-grade ingredients.
